Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute focused strategies to expand brand presence and product uptake within established customer accounts, maximizing value from existing partnerships.
• Monitor and grow sell-out volumes across assigned territories to support brand visibility and achieve desired market rankings.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales objectives in alignment with company goals and business plans.
• Work closely with supply chain and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing obsolescence.
• Facilitate the implementation of new product launches, trade promotions, and category development activities in coordination with marketing and commercial teams.
• Effectively utilize the sales incentive and commission structure to drive team performance and maximize productivity within the assigned section or channel.

Requirements:

• Must have relevant bachelor's degree.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience working in the cosmetics/ FMCG
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
