Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products across the Electrical, Household, Hardware & Kitchen Essentials categories to retail, wholesale, and modern trade customers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and brand positioning.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring growth in both volume and value.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to expand brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Sales Executive in Electrical, Hardware, Household, or Kitchen Essentials sectors.
- Proven experience managing relationships with UAE retailers, including A-, B-, and C-tier supermarkets and hypermarkets.
- Strong knowledge of product categories, market trends, and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is preferred (if applicable).
- Fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil (Arabic is a plus).
