About Us

Slash International specializes in tender submissions, bidding processes, and project execution. We help secure business opportunities through successful bidding and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish. We are seeking motivated Sales & Business Development Executives to join our team and expand our portfolio of projects.

*Key Responsibilities*

Identify, research, and monitor upcoming tenders and bidding opportunities.

Prepare and submit tenders/bids in line with company standards and client requirements.

Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Negotiate terms and ensure competitive, winning proposals.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery after winning bids.

Track project progress until completion and maintain client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through tender wins and client development.

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in sales, tender submission, or business development is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements of tenders.

Target-driven and self-motivated with problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals/websites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
