Role Summary:
We are seeking confident and enthusiastic Territory Sales Executives (TSE) to manage district-level territories, achieve sales targets, maintain dealer relationships, and ensure product visibility. Freshers with a passion for sales and relationship management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and collection targets across all products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and onboard new partners.
• Ensure proper product visibility and range selling in outlets.
• Conduct workshops, product demos, and engage with contractors and local authorities.
• Gather market insights and report competitor activities.
• Use the company’s Sales Management Application for daily reporting, sales, and collections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates or diploma holders welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and willingness to travel extensively in assigned territories.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM or sales applications is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
