Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of instrumentation and fluid/flow control products. This role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.

2. Client Coordination

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation/technical team.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and applications.
  • Promote company products effectively to meet client needs.
  • Conduct presentations and demos where required.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales targets and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a technical field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial, instrumentation, or fluid control sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of technical products and ability to coordinate with technical teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred if position involves travel).
