Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, technical sales, and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and warm calling strategies.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with inside sales techniques and telemarketing best practices.
  • Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience in outbound calling strategies and generating leads through warm calls.
  • A background in customer service that demonstrates an understanding of client needs and relationship management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
