Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with exceptional English communication to join our growing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a mix of excellent English communication, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a competitive environment.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate new business leads through multiple channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure timely and effective transfer of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly to track performance and opportunities.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive and confident in client interactions.
Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of prospecting, qualifying, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Adaptability: Quick learner who can adjust to new sales tactics, products, and changing market conditions.
Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

Other… IT Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a plus.
Familiarity with online sales tools and lead-generation platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in Healthcare or service-based industries preferred).

Shift Timings : 5:30pm -2:30am (Night Shift)

Location: 15th Floor, Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg, Lahore

Salary : 60k-90k basic +15k kpis +commissions
