Position – Sales Executive (Warehouse / Contract Logistics)

Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 13,000 SAR


Job Summary -The primary responsibility of this position is to generate revenue for the client by generating new business for Contract Logistics services to fill up existing warehouse capacity as well as building a pipeline for future growth.


Job Responsibilities :


  • The primary responsibility of this position is to generate revenue by generating new business for Contract Logistics services to fill up existing warehouse capacity as well as building a pipeline for future growth.
  • Achieve the set Revenue, New Customer Acquisition and Profitability targets on a monthly and quarterly basis focusing on Contract Logistics in the designated facilities.
  • Develop and implement Contract Logistics sales business plan to grow client footprint in the target segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and market expansion, with the leading players in the target market sectors.
  • Conduct market research for Contract Logistics services to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Strengthen client capabilities in the target market sectors, working closely with Product Managers, to create further brand appeal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored supply chain management solutions to leading target customers for Contract Logistics business.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, business cases and reference stories to potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on the performance against monthly targets, including sales revenue from customers, new customers acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards including proper on-boarding, contracting, SLA development jointly with Operations and payments collections.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics and supply chain management industry, with leading local companies or MNC.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics requirements and challenges in KSA market place.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
