Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling construction materials, services, or equipment, and should be familiar with market dynamics, client acquisition, and project-based sales.

This role is well-suited for candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and knowledgeable about the local construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement managers
  • Promote and sell the company’s construction-related products and services
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Provide regular sales reports and client feedback
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure order fulfillment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction market and client base in the region
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Must have a valid QID and be able to provide a NOC
  • Immediate availability is required
  • Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
