Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional and energetic Female Front Desk & Sales Executive to manage our reception desk and sales operations for our Car Care Services division. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and engagement while also driving sales of car care services. Candidates with prior experience in automotive, customer service, or retail sales are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Customer Service:

· Welcome and greet customers professionally at the reception.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

· Schedule car care service appointments and coordinate with the workshop team.

· Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front desk environment.

· Provide accurate service information and handle customer requests.

Sales & Business Development:

· Promote and sell car care packages and services to walk-in and corporate clients.

· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and service invoices.

· Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to close sales.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

· Track sales activities, generate reports, and share feedback with management.

KRA (Key Result Areas):

1. Front Desk Management – Smooth handling of reception & customer inquiries.

2. Sales Target Achievement – Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals.

3. Customer Relationship Management – Ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Lead Generation – Identifying and pursuing new service opportunities.

5. Service Coordination – Effective communication between customers and workshop team.

KPI (Key Performance Indicators):

· Customer satisfaction score (walk-in & call feedback)

· Number of service appointments/bookings handled per month

· Monthly sales revenue generated (AED)

· Number of new clients acquired & retained

· Conversion rate from inquiries to closed deals

· Accuracy in documentation & invoicing

Competencies & Skills:

· Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)

· Front Office Skills: Polished communication, professional grooming & hospitality approach

· Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of B2C sales in automotive services

· Customer Orientation: Patient, service-driven, and attentive to client needs

· Negotiation: Confident in handling objections & closing deals

· Organization: Efficient in multitasking between reception & sales duties

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and CRM software

· Time Management: Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
