Position Overview


Palettier is a bespoke AI visual service for fashion brands, delivering studio-grade, garment-accurate images that help labels preview, present, and sell faster. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business, qualify leads, and manage relationships with prospective clients. You will engage in a consultative sales approach to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that drive value and growth for clients.


Key Responsibilities


Sales and Lead Generation


  • Identify and reach out to decision-makers at fashion labels, D2C brands, e-commerce retailers, and manufacturers (India + select international markets).
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Palettier Solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, provide pipeline updates, and discuss progress toward targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for the client.


Client Relationship Management


  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organisation.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and early-win delivery for new accounts.


Product Knowledge & Enablement


  • Stay current on Palettier’s capabilities, common use cases and industry trends to effectively demonstrate the product’s capabilities to prospects.
  • Provide clients with relevant use cases and case studies to illustrate the impact in their industry.


Qualifications


  • 2 to 4 years of B2B sales (creative services/SaaS preferred)
  • Confident running discovery, demos, and negotiations with founders, heads of labels/e-comm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets/Docs, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Bonus: familiarity with e-commerce imagery, agency/production workflows, or performance marketing metrics. Interested in Fashion / Fashion-tech landscape
