Sales Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, field visits and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing customised solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, detailing progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing their concerns and objections to close deals successfully.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels across the distribution network.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to streamline inventory flow.
  • Implement effective strategies for timely and efficient recovery of sales cash.
  • Work closely with the finance team to resolve payment issues and minimise overdue accounts.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure a healthy cash flow.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 Years of Experience in relevant field.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
