Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in the recruitment and enrollment of students into various training programs. This position is responsible for providing prospective students with information about courses, certifications, and programs offered by the institute, guiding them through the application and enrollment process, and helping them make informed decisions about their career training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Outreach:

Proactively engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate interest in the institute’s training programs.

Participate in career fairs, information sessions, webinars, and other events to promote the training institute.

Develop and maintain relationships with local universities, colleges, and businesses to build a pipeline of prospective students.

Student Guidance and Counseling:

Advise prospective students on the training programs that best align with their career goals and interests.

Assist students in navigating the application and admission process, ensuring they understand program prerequisites, course content, and enrollment steps.

Provide information about flexible study options, financial assistance, and payment plans available for training programs.

Application and Enrollment Support:

Assist prospective students in completing their applications for admission, ensuring all required documentation is submitted on time.

Review application forms, assess qualifications, and verify prerequisites for various courses.

Process and track student applications and coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth enrollment.

Career Path Advising:

Offer career counseling to students, helping them choose training programs that align with job market trends and personal career objectives.

Provide information on job placement support, internships, and career development resources available through the institute.

Follow-Up and Conversion:

Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled, answering any remaining questions they may have.

Track prospective students through the admissions pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into enrolled students.

Collaboration with Marketing and Faculty:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach campaigns and materials that promote the training programs and attract new students.

Work closely with faculty and the program director to stay up to date on course offerings, scheduling, and any changes to program structures.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on prospective and enrolled students, keeping track of communications and application statuses.

Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, enrollment numbers, and student inquiries to management.

Customer Service and Relationship Building:

Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all prospective and current students.

Act as a liaison between students and other departments to resolve any queries or issues that may arise during the enrollment process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in education or training institutes is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles within an educational setting is preferred. 1-2 years Experience required.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remotely.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Basic knowledge of training and certification programs and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
