Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive / Student Coordinator to join our Company The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling inquiries, managing registrations, and building strong relationships with students and leads This role involves connecting with potential clients, closing leads over calls, and maintaining engagement throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inquiry Handling
- Attend all incoming inquiries from various sources such as Meta, references, local newspapers, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
- Provide clear information and encourage prospects to attend free or paid orientations.
- Send confirmation calls, messages, and reminders to ensure maximum attendance.
- Follow up with leads before and after orientations to ensure engagement and participation.
- Maintain and update all communications and lead details in the CRM system.
2 Registration Process
- Manage the registration desk during orientations to ensure a smooth process.
- Interact with attendees to address queries, build rapport, and assist with registration.
- Follow up post registration for fee collection and completion of formalities.
- Reconnect with non-registered or non-attending prospects to encourage enrollment.
3 Referral Generation Relationship Building
- Build lasting relationships with students to encourage continued engagement.
- Assist students in connecting with faculty and participating in post workshop activities.
- Generate referrals and explore promotional opportunities such as introductions in schools, colleges, and community groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (freshers with excellent communication and confidence are also welcome).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
