Sales & Customer Acquisition:
Actively sell spare parts for Caterpillar, Cummins, and Detroit Diesel engines, while identifying and developing new customers in sectors such as construction, mining, marine, transportation, and industrial power generation.

Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, technical support, and after-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Quotation & Negotiation:

Prepare and submit competitive quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales effectively to meet or exceed company targets.

Inventory Coordination & Product Knowledge:

Stay informed on inventory levels, pricing, and competitor offerings; coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Reporting & Market Engagement:
Achieve sales KPIs, generate regular sales and market feedback reports for management, and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
