Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into potential sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Close deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure successful deal execution and ongoing engagement.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market dynamics to the sales team and management.
  • Identify potential areas for growth and recommend new strategies to enhance sales performance.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the high-end jewellery, watches or gemstones industry.
  • Established a network and database of potential prospects within the industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
