Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop      and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure successful deal execution and ongoing engagement.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and feedback on market dynamics to the sales team and management.
- Identify potential areas for growth and recommend new strategies to enhance sales performance.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the high-end jewellery, watches or gemstones industry.
- Established a network and database of potential prospects within the industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
