*Job Overview:*

* Responsible for driving B2B sales of IT products and services.

* Identify potential clients, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.

* Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Understand company IT products and services thoroughly.

* Communicate value propositions clearly to B2B clients.

* Research and identify potential clients in target markets.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

* Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

* Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.

* Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.

* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.

* Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

* Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings or events if required.

** Candidate Profile:*

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).

* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or IT sales (preferred).

** Skills Required:*

* Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

* Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Good understanding of IT solutions and products.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

* Positive attitude and a team player.

* Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

*Performance Indicators:*

* Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Number of new leads and conversions.

* Client retention and satisfaction rate.

* Accuracy of CRM data and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
