Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or tracking systems
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement
