Sales Executive

• Identify potential students through various channels
• Counsel students and professionals on available courses, fees, and career benefits.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into enrollments.
• Build partnerships with corporates for bulk training programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing students to encourage referrals.
• Promote courses and increase brand awareness.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and revenue.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Address student concerns and queries professionally.
• Assist students with enrollment formalities and payment processes.
• Ensure a positive experience that encourages word-of-mouth referrals.
