Job description:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • The applicant must have experience in freight marketing and NOT any other field. Any other experience will not be considered.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Identify and target sales leads.
  • Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through visit schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
  • Set and exceed revenue and sales target.
  • Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of our services.
  • Overcome obstacles that prevent sales.
  • Make clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; effectively meet client needs; develop and sustain positive and productive client relationships; and take responsibility for Follow company sales lead management process. Leverage tools, reports and resources to other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years successful sales experience of logistics specialty freight forwarder field in Saudi market.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocols.
  • Must maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and software applications including MS Office suite.
