  to help us grow our advertising and e-commerce business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.    Responsibilities
  
  Sales and Business Development:
 
- 
   Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  
- 
   Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  
- 
   Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently generating leads and qualifying prospects.
  
- 
   Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  
  Client Relationship Management:
 
- 
   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  
- 
   Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  
- 
   Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business.
  
- 
   Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  
  Sales Planning and Reporting:
 
- 
   Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  
- 
   Monitor sales performance against targets, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  
- 
   Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
  
- 
   Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and optimize performance.
  
  Content Management
 
- 
   Collect content from client
  
- 
   Facilitate the presenting of client reels/live Facebook and Instagram videos
  
- 
   Facilitate the creation of graphics and branding for client content
  
- 
   Manage the scheduling and posting of the account support team (follow up and cross check content, provide captions and profile URL)
  
  Collaboration and Teamwork:
 
- 
   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  
- 
   Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  
- 
   Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales team and processes.
  
  Market Intelligence:
 
- 
   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  
- 
   Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.
  
- 
   Provide feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders to support business decision-making.
  
   Qualifications
  
- 
   Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience in e-commerce
   
    ,
   
   preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
  
- 
   Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
- 
   Experience in managing client accounts, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
  
- 
   Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and social media marketing.
  
- 
   Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
- 
    Fluent in English
   
   (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage
  
- 
   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  
- 
   Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  
- 
   Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  
- 
   Good understanding of digital advertising trends and market dynamics in Qatar.
