Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s products or services. The role requires proactive communication, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals.
  • Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Assist in marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and logistics departments for order processing and delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
