Company Overview:

Tharwa Ventures is a growing Omani company specializing in digital marketing, IT solutions, and business consulting. We work with SMEs and mid-sized corporates across various industries to deliver impactful digital transformation strategies. As we expand our client base, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing and IT services within Oman and the GCC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and promote Tharwa’s solutions through client meetings, calls, and online presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in Oman or the GCC region, preferably in IT services, digital marketing, or related sectors.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication (Arabic & English preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Oman (preferred).
