Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients across FMCG, food & beverage, Hospitals, Clinics, Hotels and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitors, and product requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and implement territory-wise business development plans to increase market share.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Visit clients regularly to understand their packaging requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve any client concerns promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Develop sales proposals and product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing or strategy adjustments.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client communications in our software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
5. Market Expansion & Branding
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events to promote the company’s products.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the packaging sector.
- Suggest new product ideas based on client feedback and market trends.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales of packaging materials or related industries (plastic, carton, corrugated, flexible, or labeling).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience.
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi added advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license.
