Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential clients across FMCG, food & beverage, Hospitals, Clinics, Hotels and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitors, and product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and implement territory-wise business development plans to increase market share.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Visit clients regularly to understand their packaging requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve any client concerns promptly.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Develop sales proposals and product presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing or strategy adjustments.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client communications in our software.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

5. Market Expansion & Branding

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events to promote the company’s products.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the packaging sector.
  • Suggest new product ideas based on client feedback and market trends.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales of packaging materials or related industries (plastic, carton, corrugated, flexible, or labeling).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi added advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
