About Us

Covermatch is a fast-growing insurtech platform that helps individuals and businesses compare and buy the best insurance policies across the UAE — from car and health insurance to travel, life, and home insurance.

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our sales team. You’ll play a key role in converting inbound and follow-up leads into successful policy sales.

Responsibilities

• Call prospective and existing clients to explain insurance quotations and coverage options.
• Follow up on leads generated through the Covermatch website, CRM, and marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements

• Sales experience of 2-3 years experience in any industry is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English
• Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems.
