We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting FILLIT’s range of diesel and lubricant solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the fuel, lubricants, or industrial sector and be comfortable with B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries such as logistics, construction, manufacturing, marine, and agriculture.
  • Promote and sell FILLIT’s doorstep diesel delivery and lubricant.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback for business development.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in fuel, lubricants, logistics, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
