Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building corporate partnerships, and promoting Berlitz programs to prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, calls, and outreach initiatives.
• Conduct consultations with prospective students and corporate clients to understand their training needs and recommend suitable Berlitz solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversion strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in service-based industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
