Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, or meetings to promote company products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and performance.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
