Job Title: Sales Executive (Inbound)– AV/IT Industry

Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our growing team in the AV/IT industry. The ideal candidate will handle incoming sales inquiries, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with our product portfolio. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV/IT products or services to meet their needs.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads through proactive engagement, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, communications, and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with company offerings, AV/IT industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position products effectively.
  • Manage product catalogs, pricing updates, and relationships with suppliers and channel partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end coordination of project or product deliveries to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive incremental sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the Audio-Visual (AV) or Information Technology (IT) sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
