Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help expand Electra’s presence in the EV and renewable-energy market.
The role involves lead generation, B2B sales, and client relationship management while working remotely. You’ll coordinate with the vendor, finance, and technical teams to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients (hotels, builders, offices, and institutions).
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and network outreach.
  • Present and explain Electra’s products (EV chargers, solar panels, lifts, canopies etc.) to prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare competitive quotations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and finance partners for project costing and loan support.
  • Maintain daily sales entries and client records in the company’s Database Management System (DMS).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in expanding market presence.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and update progress to the management team.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in sales (preferably in EV, Solar, Real Estate, or Infrastructure sectors).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and project-based selling.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to meet targets and maintain client relationships professionally.
