Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Prism Inc. This is a great opportunity for candidates with up to 2 years of experience to gain practical exposure in sales, especially within the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and exploring new business opportunities

• Conduct site visits (mandatory) to understand client requirements and project scope

• Communicate with potential clients and support in follow-ups

• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and basic documentation

• Maintain and update client data using MS Excel

• Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business, Marketing, or any related field

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, internships, or related roles

• Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to the construction/building materials industry

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada

• Willingness to travel for site visits
