Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive
to join our logistics team in Bahrain. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability — including cross-border logistics into neighboring countries.
Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.

Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.

Reach out to potential customers through cold calling.

Handle customer issues and complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Analyze market potential and provide regular sales and status reports.

Continuously seek improvement through feedback
Qualifications

2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience

Proven experience in
sales within express courier operations

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
