We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive who can grow both sides of our business — kitchen product sales and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for kitchen product sales and maintenance/fit-out services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, property managers, and end users.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
• Promote and sell AMCs to existing and new clients (residential buildings, villas, commercial spaces) for our maintenance services (MEP, civil Works, Swimming Pools).
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and activity reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in interior fit-out, kitchens, or facility maintenance industries).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking ability and confidence in client meetings.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE Driving License
