2. Sales Process Management

• Present financing options, warranties, and additional products or services.

• Prepare and process sales contracts and related documentation

• Track the car’s progress from the initial order to its final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.

3. Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on the dealership’s inventory, new arrivals, and industry trends.

• Effectively communicate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers

4. Customer Relationship Building

• Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage repeat business.

• Maintain a strong database of leads and track sales opportunities.

5. Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with the sales team, logistics, and finance department to ensure a seamless sales process.
