Role Summary
We are seeking a hunter-type Sales Executive to join our Commercial Drinking Water Department in Riyadh, KSA.
This on-site role focuses on B2B sales of filtered water coolers and refillable bottle systems to corporate offices, schools, fitness centers, and hotels, etc.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on independence, persistence, and achieving challenging sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new clients across offices, schools, and hospitality and other sectors in KSA.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding market share.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, highlighting health, sustainability, and cost advantages.
• Develop tailored proposals that address customer needs and decision-making priorities.
• Negotiate and close deals with procurement teams and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Report weekly performance metrics, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proven B2B sales experience in KSA, ideally selling to offices, schools, or hotels.
• Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals — a true sales hunter.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Arabic
• Valid KSA driving license required.
Preferred Background
• Experience selling and renting equipment or subscription services or sustainability solutions to commercial clients.
