We’re Hiring: Sales Executives & Sales Managers – Logistics, Shipping & Transportation

About the Company

We are a leading Transportation, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Project Logistics company, offering complete end-to-end supply chain solutions across the GCC and beyond. As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our growing team.

Positions Available

1. Sales Executive – Logistics, Shipping & Transportation
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: [Dammam]

2. Sales Manager – Logistics, Shipping & Transportation
Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and secure new customers to expand market share and revenue.

· Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.

· Understand customer requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

· Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Candidate Must Have Strong Knowledge Of

· Freight Forwarding: Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Multimodal logistics.

· Transportation: Flatbed, Lowbed, and OOG (Over-Dimensional) Cargo movements.

· Warehouse & Distribution Sales: Storage, handling, and 3PL operations.

· Contract Management: Negotiation and client contract handling.

· Customs Clearance Procedures: Import/export documentation and clearance.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

· Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation sales.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel when required.
