Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive who has previously worked in Credit Card and Loan sales calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining financial products (credit cards, personal loans, business loans), and converting leads into successful sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card and loan promotions.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to credit card or loan applications.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months to 1 years of experience in tele calling for Credit Card / Loan campaigns.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (Credit Cards / Loans and etc.).
• Proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
