Sales Executive

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional capable of generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves contributing to marketing strategy development, executing marketing initiatives, driving sales efforts, managing client relations, and preparing detailed sales reports.
Candidates with an aviation background will be prioritized. Female applicants are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales-related activities for assigned regions or client accounts, including preparing proposals, sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales leads.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies.
• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Oversee the full range of shipping and customs clearance documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics partners to ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and handling—covering storage, packaging, and labeling of supplied goods.
• Keep management and relevant business units updated on order status, shipment progress, and receiving activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales and marketing executive role.
• Strong communication skills and solid understanding of the sales cycle.
• High motivation and passion for sales.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
