Salary range: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month + commission

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth for flooring carpet projects across the UAE market.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new projects by leveraging industry connections with designers, contractors, and developers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
• Project Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Market Expansion: Explore opportunities in hospitality, commercial, and residential projects across the UAE.
• Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to strengthen company presence and generate leads.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to deliver client requirements.
• Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies, set targets, and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Brand Representation: Position Prestige Furniture LLC as a trusted partner for premium flooring solutions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on carpet design trends, sustainable materials, and competitive market offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in flooring/carpet sales.
• Strong knowledge of hand-tufted, Axminster, and printed carpets.
• Established connections with interior designers, fit-out contractors, architects, engineers, and developers in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead projects, meet targets, and deliver results under deadlines.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
