Job Title: Sales Executive – Company Formation (SAIF Zone Experienced)

Helen and Sons Consultancy FZE is a well-established UAE-based consultancy operating since 2007. We specialize in company formation, PRO services, visa processing, and corporate solutions across Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions.

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive who has minimum 1 year of experience in company formation and SAIF Zone procedures. The ideal candidate must be confident in dealing with clients, knowledgeable about Free Zone structures, and able to handle SAIF Zone documentation and processes with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through company formation processes, specifically in SAIF Zone
• Explain licensing structures, visa packages, and business activities
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed clients
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for document submissions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM
• Ensure monthly sales targets and KPIs are achieved

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE company formation, specifically SAIF Zone
• Strong understanding of Free Zone procedures, documentation, and business activities Fluent in English (Hindi or other languages is a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Must be available to work from SAIF Zone, Sharjah
