Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to build trust with customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and client follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license preferred (if applicable to role).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, construction materials, services, or related industry (customizable).
  • Previous GCC sales experience.
