Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions & Sales Executive to support student enrolment growth at our institution in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on lead management, parent engagement, and conversion of enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion (Primary Responsibility)

  • Handle, respond to, and follow up on incoming leads from social media, website enquiries, walk-ins, and calls.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with prospective parents and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Schedule and conduct school tours, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Follow up consistently to convert school visits into confirmed student admissions.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/lead tracking sheets regularly.

2. Proactive Sales Activities

  • Identify and develop new lead sources to increase student enrolments.
  • Conduct outreach activities with embassies, corporate organizations, and community groups (secondary responsibility).
  • Represent the institution at external events, fairs, and community engagements when required.

3. Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents throughout the admissions journey.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on academic programs, facilities, fee structures, and admission procedures.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to uphold the institution’s brand and reputation.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth handling of admissions.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Support the achievement of monthly and annual enrolment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles such as education sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound enquiries.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Additional Information

  • This role requires strong interpersonal skills and frequent interaction with parents and families.
  • Candidates with prior experience in education or admissions sales will be an added advantage.
