We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our recreational and hospitality services, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a vibrant market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recreational and hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our recreational facilities and hospitality offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the brand and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the recreational or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
