Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior real estate experience. The role involves active sourcing, lead generation, client handling, site visits, and deal closures for premium and ultra-luxury projects. The candidate will handle high-value ticket sizes ranging from ₹1 Cr to ₹100 Cr and above, catering to HNI and UHNI clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through sourcing, referrals, cold calling, walk-ins, and networking

- Handle and convert incoming leads provided by the company

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Lodha residential or commercial projects

- Manage high-ticket sales (₹1 Cr to ₹100 Cr+) with a consultative sales approach

- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients and ensure proper follow-ups

- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and investment benefits clearly

- Negotiate terms and close deals successfully

- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM on a regular basis

- Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and developers for smooth closures

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality

- Willingness to handle site visits, sourcing, and field work

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Mumbai real estate market, especially premium and luxury segments

- Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients

- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

- Basic understanding of documentation, booking, and registration process

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
