Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tours team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell travel and tour packages (local and international)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow up with potential clients
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
  • Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
  • Social Media accounts handling is a plus point.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (travel & tourism experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, email, MS Office)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
