Sales Executive

Viola Communications is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic and creative team in Abu Dhabi. You will support the growth of the business by driving new sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of corporate gifting, BTL campaigns, and production solutions across the UAE market. The role combines hands-on sales execution with operations coordination, supplier management, and production delivery. It requires strong UAE market awareness, client servicing skills, and an interest in leveraging AI-enabled sales tools to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM; ensure accurate forecasting and timely updates.
• Develop Territory/Account Plans focused on acquiring high-value clients and driving revenue growth.
• Lead discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored BTL gifting/printing solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate approvals, and close deals aligned to commercial terms.
• Lead contract discussions, coordinate with procurement/legal, and ensure local compliance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
• Work with marketing to support targeted lead generation campaigns, events, and activations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in BTL sales, field marketing, or inside/outside sales within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in the UAE.
• Exposure to outsourcing operations and supplier management.
• Experience in procuring corporate gifts and promotional items; UAE/China supplier knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital and offset printing processes and operational delivery workflows.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
