Job Opening: Sales Executive - Male Preferred

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000/month + Commission & Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales and leads through outdoor field sales activities.
• Identify business opportunities, convert leads, and close deals to drive revenue.
• Expand market coverage and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain an accurate and updated customer database.
• Deliver consultative sales experiences, highlighting product features and customizations.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cezcon’s CRM, HRM, and related products.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in IT and networking products such as access points, network switches, and routers within the UAE.
• Knowledge of servers will be considered an added advantage.
• Record sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience in the UAE (B2B, corporate, or software sales preferred).
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Immediate joiners required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 6,000.00
