Handle leads by:
(1) Managing high-intent unit and project requests by connecting customers with developer sales and ensuring closure
(2) Classifying intent and routing them to the correct funnel/team with speed and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales Support (Developer Connector)

Handle customers requesting specific units or projects: validate request, budget fit, and purchase readiness.

Connect customers with developer sales and follow up to maintain momentum.

Track milestones and ensure momentum: reservation steps, documents, confirmations, appointment coordination.
Intelligent Routing & Lead Qualification

Review inbound leads across channels (calls, forms, WhatsApp, app/web signals)

Identify customer intent and classify into the correct funnel (Primary/Resale/Now/Unlocked/Shares).

Maintain strict SLAs for first action and correct assignment.
Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate CRM data and follow playbook while maintaining customer-first communication quality

Participate in QA reviews and coaching, implement feedback immediately.

Flag recurring routing issues and developer friction points to help improve the system.
Requirements-
6+ months to 2 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, telesales or leads management roles.

Strong communication skills

Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Ability to work under pressure with high lead volume and strict SLAs.

Clear ethics: consistent application of routing rules and accurate documentation.
