Sales Executive

We are looking to hire SALES EXECUTIVE for Personal Care-Consumer Division - Dubai

This role focuses on driving sales, managing key accounts. Building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, identify new business opportunities, improve product visibility, and ensure maximum availability across the assigned market.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background dealing with accounts such as Union Coop, Emirates Coop, and Lulu.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to retail and modern trade clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product displays and visibility across all sales channels.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

· Execute and monitor promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.

· Accurately process orders and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

· Regularly update and report sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of recent experience in sales within the retail or consumer FMCG sector, preferably in personal care products.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

· Valid UAE driver’s license (DL) and ownership of a car.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
