Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales in the consumer electronics showroom by assisting customers, delivering an outstanding shopping experience, providing expert product advice, and building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications clearly
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience, (UAE Experience is not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain features clearly.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge
